I’m brand-new (or returning). Will I keep up?
Yes. We place by level in the room, keep coaching calm and focused, and heels are optional—wear what lets you move confidently.
How long is it and what happens?
One evening (about 3 hours): check-in, technique labs, build your set, film your run, get notes—minimal downtime, maximum progress.
What if plans change—or I already entered the giveaway?
